Mariah Carey’s red hot romance with toyboy Anderson .Paak seems to be going strong as she took him as her date as she accepted a massive honor at an awards show.
The 55-year-old megastar – who went viral for her savage reaction to a tribute – had tongues wagging as she was joined by the 39-year-old Silk Sonic member while she accepted the Icon Award at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday.
Anderson proudly sat next to the Fantasy hitmaker as host LL Cool J paid tribute to the music legend months after they were first romantically linked together.
However, perhaps the most telling sign that there is romance in the air between the two talented performers came when Mariah stood up to accept the award and the toyboy could be seen holding her hand.
The Make It Better hitmaker was every bit the gentlemen as he helped her up the stairs to the stage before handing her off to the 57-year-old emcee for the night.
A cute moment also occurred on the stairs as Anderson pointed at Mariah and rotated his hand as a way to get the crowd to cheer for her more.
The Obsessed singer – who recently sparked concern during a performance on stage – had the chance to watch both Muni Long and Tori Kelly belt out a few of her hit tracks from over the years during the ceremony in L.A.
However, at one point as Long sang We Belong Together – the camera briefly cut to Carey in a now-viral clip on X as she slowly turned her head away from the stage and gave a side-eye glance to her right.
Sitting next to the songstress was rumored boyfriend Anderson .Paak who could be seen enthusiastically grooving to the tune.
Another moment that was also caught on camera showed Mariah with a big grin on her face – which slowly faded as the performance continued.
